We process personal data in accordance with:

• Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation — GDPR);
• Hungarian legislation on the protection of personal data (in particular Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information);
• Directive 2002/58/EC (ePrivacy) concerning electronic communications and the use of cookies.

Processing is carried out for lawful purposes: responding to inquiries received via the contact form, fulfilment of contractual or pre-contractual obligations, compliance with legal obligations, and protection of legitimate interests (including website security and improvement of its operation).

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Hungary this is: National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH), 1530 Budapest, P.O. Box 5; www.naih.hu. In other EU/EEA Member States you may lodge a complaint with the competent authority in your country of residence or place of work.

6. Recipients and Transfer of Data

We may disclose data to contracted service providers (hosting, technical support, email services) only to the extent necessary, with contractual guarantees as set out in Article 28. Transfers to third countries (outside the EEA) may take place only with appropriate safeguards (Commission adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, etc.) in accordance with Articles 44–49 of the GDPR.
